So when we to the garden I chose to write about the spiky brown balls which I now know are called sweet gum balls but I am just gonna call them brown spiky balls. I also learned that they are not sweet and are actually poisonous to human so change the name. The reason why I decided to write about them is that one of them got stuck on my sock. It looked like they were being grown from a pile of rocks but I’m guessing they was dirt under the rocks. It was growing in the permaculture section of the garden. There were big leaves but I do not know if it was part of the plant or just another plant close to it. The brown spiky balls were growing on branches. I would not be surprised if the spiky brown balls were used to make velcro because these things stick to any soft surface.
